Driving along Highway 4 in northern New Mexico between mileposts 30 and 40, I am amazed by the immensity of the southern rim of the Valles Caldera.  Vast meadows, abundant wildlife and wandering streams inhabit the caldera while clouds lumber by.  This is the opulence of nature in Northern New Mexico at its best. These images were photographed during many visits in 2020 and 2021.
